Cost of shipping

In most cases, we offer free shipping as we aim to bring you the best shopping experience possible. Where shipping charges are due, there will normally be a very minimal cost to you as the customer. This cost is due, on some occasions, to ensure that we can send your goods with the most appropriate courier for your order and your delivery country.

Shipping Time

Typically, orders are delivered within 10-12 business days from point of dispatch. Please also note that occasionally your order may experience some delays while in transit with courier or at customs. We work closely with our 3rd party shipping companies to minimise delays and to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
